Leading Employer Award
We are delighted to have received the Leading Employer Award for the fourth time in a row in 2026. The award recognizes the top one percent of employers in Germany. It is based on a comprehensive meta-study on employer quality conducted by the Institute of Research & Data. We are particularly pleased to have stood out in several areas such as work-life balance, compensation and benefits, appeal and image, as well as culture and values.

In 2024, we received the Top Training in Germany Award (“Top Ausbildung Deutschland”), ranking among the top one percent in Germany. Our placement was the result of a transparent and independent survey conducted by the publisher TOP Ausbildung & Leading Employers. Our Girls' Day initiative helped us earn this honor.
Best Managed Companies Award

This internationally recognized distinction, presented by Deloitte Private, UBS, and Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung in collaboration with the Federation of German Industries, honors companies in Germany that set the standard for sustainable management and innovation strength. Firms are evaluated based on four key dimensions: Strategy, Productivity & Innovation, Culture & Engagement, and Governance & Finance. For the seventh consecutive year, we impressed the jury across all areas and were awarded Platinum status for this achievement.
