Singled out both as an employer and as a company: Vetter wins two awards

At the start of the year, two awards have inspired us: the Leading Employer Award and the award of being one of the 100 best family companies in Germany. These are great signs – for all of us!

Vetter impresses – even the juries

We can hardly imagine the start of the new year better: two awards have distinguished us as an excellent employer and top family company. This makes is especially happy, because the awards confirm that we are a top employer with fulfilling jobs, extensive benefits and a family atmosphere, and we are doing a lot for our employees.

Leading Employer Award

For the second year in a row, we were able to win the Leading Employer Award this year also – which again places us among the top one percent of the best employers in Germany. “Leading Employers” is one of the most comprehensive surveys of employer quality conducted by the Institute of Research & Data as part of a meta-study. Vetter is impressive in several categories: attractiveness, employee satisfaction, recruiting performance, diversity and well-being. All criteria require a company to outperform on a broad scale in order to become a “leading employer” – and it is precisely those categories in which we scored that are of particular interest to existing and potential employees. They are key quality features for us as an employer. For this reason, Halka Steiper, Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Vetter, is delighted with this award:

It means a lot to us that we were once again fully dedicated to issues such as employee satisfaction, recruiting performance or benefits. For us, the Leading Employer Award is a great confirmation of our commitment to our employees and all those interested in the job – and a motivation to continue down the same path and even improve.

Germany's TOP Family Business

We were able to secure another important award at the end of 2023: WirtschaftsWoche [Business Week], for the fourth time, has examined the family-run medium-sized enterprises and, together with the market research institute Innofact, have chosen the 100 most innovative and sustainable companies. Vetter is one of them! In mid-December, WirtschaftsWoche presented the results of the ranking in detail online under the title “The family companies that the Germans trust”. We are also very pleased with this award. In spite of our global growth and with over 6,300 employees worldwide, we are very proud to be a family business through and through. One where a sense family closeness and an open atmosphere are lived words we live by.
