Leading Employer Award
We are delighted to have received the Leading Employer Award for the third time in a row in 2025. The award recognizes the top one percent of employers in Germany. It is based on a comprehensive meta-study on employer quality conducted by the Institute of Research & Data. We are particularly pleased to have stood out in several areas such as work-life balance, compensation and benefits, appeal and image, as well as culture and values.

In 2024, we received the Top Training in Germany Award (“Top Ausbildung Deutschland”), ranking among the top one percent in Germany. Our placement was the result of a transparent and independent survey conducted by the publisher TOP Ausbildung & Leading Employers. Our Girls' Day initiative helped us earn this honor.

This internationally renowned award is presented by Deloitte Private, UBS, the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung newspaper, and the Federation of German Industries. We impressed the jury in all categories—strategy, productivity and innovation, culture and commitment, governance , and finance—for the sixth time in a row.
