Six in a row: Vetter wins Best Managed Companies Award!

Preisverleihung des Best Managed Company Awards 2025 für Vetter

We have once again been honored with the prestigious Best Managed Companies Award. This marks the sixth consecutive year that we have received this distinction, with a best-in-class performance.

Honored by the jury: Recognized as “Best in Class”

It is always special to win an award. When it happens many times in a row, it is a clear indication of our consistently excellent work. This is why we are especially pleased to have received the Best Managed Companies Award for the sixth time. This internationally renowned award, presented by Deloitte Private, UBS and the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, in collaboration with the Federation of German Industries (BDI), acknowledges German companies that exemplify excellence through exceptional and sustainable leadership, as well as innovative prowess. It is prestigious seal of approval that we are proud of—and one distinguished us as a secure employer and reliable partner for small and large pharmaceutical and biotech companies.

And the verdict is: Outstanding performance across the board

The distinguished jury evaluated four key areas: strategy, productivity and innovation, culture and commitment, governance and finance. We successfully persuaded the jury in all categories, which is a testament to our success. Last year, we were again able to celebrate a number of milestones. We have increased our annual revenues by another eleven percent and now employ over 7,000 people worldwide. Vetter is maintaining a sustainable growth trajectory and is reinforcing its strategy through investments in its production capacities in Germany, Austria, and the United States.

Despite our company's rapid growth, we remain committed to our environmental and social responsibilities. In 2024, we continued to promote sustainable mobility solutions, reduced our CO2 emissions, and presented our third comprehensive sustainability report. Our sights are firmly set on the future. In addition to various digitalization projects, AI initiatives, and automation innovations, the "Vetter NExT 2029" strategy program has also made great progress. The jury also recognized the effectiveness of our innovation management process, acknowledging our capacity to identify trends and expeditiously adopt new technologies. We excel in adapting a variety of formats, including the Innovation World Café, Bootcamp, Science Slam, and Hackathon.

Good for everyone. A good argument for the jury.

Our ability to attract and retain employees also particularly impressed the jury. The outstanding initiatives and offers that further enhanced our appeal as an employer are paying off. Among these initiatives was the inaugural "Focus Week," which in 2024 was held under the motto "We grow together," and focused on proactively strengthening cooperation and team spirit. Our new Career Center is a freely accessible space where interested parties can learn about career opportunities and vacancies. One notable innovation is our Vetter Training Center, which emphasizes lifelong learning. We recognize that even the most effective management is ultimately determined by how it benefits all stakeholders long term.

The fact that we were able to impress the distinguished Best Managed Companies Award jury for the sixth time and that they also see us as a best-in-class performer is something of which we can all be proud at Vetter. This award is recognition of the reliable, high-quality work and tremendous dedication we all demonstrate day in, day out. We are very proud of that!
