Sustainability Days 2026: How small changes make a big difference

Through talks, coaching sessions, stress checks, and other interactive experiences, Vetter put a spotlight on mental health, showing how closely sustainability, health, and well-being are connected.

What role does personal well-being play in sustainability? Spanning several weeks, Vetter’s 2026 Sustainability Days provided employees with insights on mental health, resilience, and overall wellness. Many embraced the chance to gain new perspectives, learn from one another, and pick up practical tips for everyday life.

From September 10 to October 22, Vetter encouraged employees to explore the connection between mental health, sustainability, and overall well-being. Employees could choose from a wide range of activities designed to inspire healthier habits and a more sustainable lifestyle, both professionally and personally.

Participants were able to attend talks on resilience and mindfulness, take part in coaching sessions at various locations, and do stress assessments. The program also included GoodHabitz courses and other activities that provided inspiration on health and well-being.

One message came through clearly: Sustainability extends far beyond environmental and climate protection. Healthy working conditions, social responsibility, and personal well-being are also essential to sustainable growth. The Sustainability Days brought these connections to life and made them more tangible.

The initiative focused on how we can build mental resilience and be more mindful when tackling everyday challenges. The varied formats gave employees the chance to reflect on their own habits, discover new approaches, and find practical ways of bringing more calm and resilience into their lives.

The 2026 Sustainability Days demonstrated that it is often the small changes that make a big difference over time. A thought-provoking idea, a mindful moment, or a meaningful conversation can help us take better care of our health and navigate challenges with greater resilience. A big thank you to everyone who helped make the Sustainability Days a success with their curiosity, engagement, and participation.
