What we’ve accomplished in 2025
The past year was marked by significant progress—visible, measurable, and recognized:
- Our climate targets were officially validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). This means they meet current scientific requirements for effective climate protection.
- We expanded our training and professional development offerings, continually optimized our working conditions, and actively promoted sustainable mobility.
- Our commitment was recognized externally. EcoVadis awarded Vetter 2025 a Platinum rating. With 88 points, we are among the top 1 % of all companies evaluated worldwide.
All these developments have one thing in common: They are centered around three key areas of our clear sustainability strategy, namely
- Patients – safe and reliable care
- People – acting responsibly toward our employees and beyond
- Planet – protecting the climate and resources
Together, they form a holistic approach that integrates environmental, social, and economic responsibility.

Our 2025 Sustainability Report
Our sustainability report provides insight into our ecological, social, and corporate practices. It details how we take responsibility, measure progress, and consistently improve our sustainability strategy. In doing so, we adhere to international standards and carefully consider stakeholder expectations.
