What makes the job
- As a pharmaceutical technician, you will produce medicines from various active ingredients. To do this, you will use automated machines and systems to produce and package medicines.
- You document the production process and carry out quality controls.
- In this way, you ensure that the medication reaches the patients in perfect condition.

How do I apply for a science apprenticeship at Vetter?
Simple and uncomplicated online via our job portal. There you will find all the positions for school students and can then start your application by clicking on your desired position.
When does the apprenticeship program start and when can I apply for an apprenticeship position?
Apprenticeships at Vetter start every year on 1 September. You can find the open apprenticeships a year before they start, normally at the end of May / beginning of June on our job portal. As long as the position is advertised, you can also apply for it. As soon as we have filled a position, it no longer appears in the job portal.
What documents should my application include? And how can I send them?
You can also easily upload the most important documents in your online applicant profile. For your application we need:
- Your CV
- Your certificates
- Optional motivation letter – as already mentioned, this is not a must, but with a letter of motivation we will get to know you better and you will increase your chances of being invited for an interview.
How can I imagine the working environment in the scientific training professions?
As a chemical laboratory technician, you will work in a traditional laboratory and carry out experiments.
As a pharmaceutical technician, you will work in pharmaceutical production. Strict hygiene rules apply in these cleanrooms. That's why you wear special work clothing so that our products are not contaminated. We'll provide you with them, of course.
