Hi Lara! Please tell us about yourself and about what you do at Vetter.
I’m currently doing my apprenticeship as a commercial clerk at Vetter.
Why did you choose this apprenticeship?
I get a good overview of everything related to business-related tasks and processes in the company. During the apprenticeship, I move around to different areas. I like that."
How was the welcome event?
There were two parts: the getting acquainted day and an intensive team building phase, which we call "fit for your company", in which new trainees can share ideas and network before moving on to their first department.
How did your onboarding go?
It was really lucky that my first station perfectly matched what I was interested in. I began my training in Marketing and was warmly welcomed by the team. I think the combination of organization and creativity that is needed there is great.
What was the highlight of your first 100 days?
I took part in organizing the internal business conference and was then able to attend this important event myself. It was great to see all our planning come to life!
What's next for you?
I'm now going through the other phases of my training – which will also help me decide where I will want to work later on. But marketing is definitely a great department!
