Philip Hoersch

Dr. Philip Hoersch is Director Quality Assurance Process Control & System Compliance at Vetter Pharma-Fertigung GmbH & Co. KG in Ravensburg and is responsible for the areas of process validation, risk management, system compliance and trending. 

Dr. Hoersch started working at Vetter in 2004 as a project manager in Microbiological Quality Control. In 2005, he changed positions and began working in the Quality Operations department.  As head of Quality Operations between 2011 and 2014, he was responsible for nonconformity management, complaint processing, Quality Oversight and batch record review at the production site Ravensburg Vetter South. Dr. Hoersch studied Technical Biology at Stuttgart University and holds a doctorate degree in the area of Chemical Engineering from Karlsruhe University.
