It seems like only yesterday that we broke ground and celebrated the first milestone of our new clinical production facility in Des Plaines in July 2025. Construction has continued according to plan, and the steel structure is nearly complete. The building is almost fully enclosed, its exterior visibly taking shape.
Attention is now turning to the interior. With progress on track, we expect to complete our state-of-the-art clinical production facility in the US and bring it online by the end of 2029.
Once up and running, our new Illinois facility for aseptic manufacturing and early clinical development will become a key part of our global network. The 80,000- square-meter site will serve as a hub for innovation and advancement, with dedicated space for warehousing, laboratories, and office facilities.
