In a practical, in-depth session entitled “Leading Through Complexity: Project Management Realities in International Organizations," Dr. Martin Müller and Olivia Erlach offered valuable insights into project management at Vetter. They homed in on the challenges of working on international projects and how essential soft skills are in successfully leading a team.
