New opportunities through the Integrative Entry Program

Ein Portrait von Houda Derouiche

Through our Integrative Entry Program, Vetter opens doors for motivated individuals who had previously been unable to join Vetter due to language constraints. The six-month program help participants acquire German skills and deepen their understanding of pharmaceutical production. It will help them embark on a successful journey with us.

Power in diversity: The Integrative Entry Program opens doors

With the Integrative Entry Program, Vetter is shaping the future. Our company is growing and so are the opportunities. In the past, many people who were motivated to join the company were unable to because of their German language proficiency. This is precisely why we established the Integrative Entry Program: to open doors, create opportunities, and bring people together. In six months, participants will learn German up to the B1+ level, explore the fascinating world of pharmaceutical production, and experience our corporate culture in person. Theory and practice go hand in hand. Going on production tours, learning the Vetter vernacular, and doing practical exercises equip participants for the demands of the day-to-day job.

Success stories that connect

Launched as a pilot in October 2024, the program has proven its worth: five groups have taken part participated, and over forty people have been successfully hired. The sixth cohort will begin in January 2026. Participants have hailed from 27 countries, and to date, over 960 hours of learning content have been designed. This diversity enriches us both professionally and personally.

"The Integrative Entry Program proves that integration and economic success can go hand in hand. We're creating more than just jobs; we're creating real prospects for motivated individuals who want to be part of our success story. The program is a win-win for everyone—for the participants, for our teams, and for the future of our company."

"The IEP was a chance for me to start over. Not only did I learn the language, but I also got to know the company. Today, I work in production and am proud to be part of a team that embraces diversity."
