Jana Falkenberg

Jana Falkenberg has been a senior legal counsel and corporate compliance officer at Vetter since 2020. She is responsible for the maintenance, development and the continuous improvement of the compliance management system. She joined Vetter in 2018 as a legal counsel and since then has expanded her responsibilities to her current role.

In addition to serving as a strategic partner in compliance-related matters, she is dedicated to developing innovative approaches to effectively communicate the principles and various aspects of corporate compliance to employees to enhance awareness and foster a culture of responsible action within the organization.

Before joining Vetter, she worked as a corporate lawyer since 2010 for various international companies, including the real estate and caravanning sector. In her various professional positions, she has specialized in contract law, corporate governance and compliance. She holds a law degree from Technische Universität Dresden, a degree as a certified human resource manager from Deutsche Akademie für Management, and a degree as a certified compliance officer from University of Augsburg.
