Leading Employers Award
Leading Employers conducts one of the most comprehensive studies on employer quality and follows scientific methods to ensure independence, objectivity and validity. It analyzes numerous criteria and focus areas and is conducted over multiple stages. This is why the results are all the more relevant.
For the fourth time, Vetter was ranked among the TOP 1% of employers in Germany! We were also the top-ranked employer in the "Prosperity & Leadership" category.

In the study, we positioned ourselves as a strong representative of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, ranking second out of 67. We performed particularly well in the following five areas: 1) Prosperity & Leadership (top ranking), 2) Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), 3) Work-Life Quality, 4) Attractiveness & Image, and 5) Culture & Values.
Fair Company
As part of the Fair Company initiative, German companies undergo regular, independent audits. This year, we were recognized as a Fair Company once again! Fair Company is the largest and most well-known employer initiative dedicated to promoting a fair working environment. It has been connecting committed companies and young professionals since 2004. The business and financial newspaper Handelsblatt presents this award to companies that demonstrate a strong commitment to providing career starters and young professionals with a fair working environment and development opportunities.
The award is a valuable reference for young professionals at the start of their careers. It gives us opportunity to attract new talent and receive regular feedback from junior employees. It also helps us better understand their needs and decision-making criteria, allowing us to optimize our offerings.
