Dual-chamber technology

Vetter Lyo-Ject® dual-chamber syringes and V-LK® dual-chamber cartridges are user-friendly options for lyophilized drugs.

Dual-chamber technology enables drugs processed by lyophilization to be reconstituted efficiently and safely. Aseptically filled freeze-dried drug resides in one chamber; diluent in the other. Pushing the syringe plunger mixes the two with one stroke. Developed by Vetter, the dual-chamber Vetter Lyo-Ject® syringe and V-LK® cartridge were designed for complex compounds that require lyophilization to prolong shelf life.
