How do you ensure the sterility of the production processes? Does Vetter use isolators or RABS?

Where isolators are helpful we use isolators, for example in our sterility testing laboriatories, but in all areas, highly developed technologies provide an aseptic production process. As early as 1996, Vetter implemented the RABS (Restricted Access Barrier System) technology in order to achieve best results. RABS combines the functionality and stability of an isolator with the flexibility of a classical cleanroom: laminar airflows in the clean rooms establish barriers between staff and machinery. All procedures on the machines are carried out using suitable gloves which are part of the machine cover. People, machine and environment are clearly separated from each other. Our staff is intensively trained for a maximum sterility assurance level (SAL)
