SCF

What is the SCF™ syringe?

SCF™ means "sterile clean ready-to-fill" and refers to sterile, pre-siliconized syringes made from plastic or glass, available in sealed containers with nests of either 100 or 160 syringes per container. The containers are sterile both inside and outside and are provided with plastic packaging. Since 2006, Vetter has also been offering the filling of active substances into SCF™ syringes on the basis of established Vetter quality. In this way, customers have the choice between bulk processing - in other words, the filling of individual syringes that have been sterilized and siliconized at Vetter - and SCF™ syringes.
