3. If your documents and qualifications meet our expectations for an offered position, you will be invited to an initial interview. 
4. If your and our expectations coincide, we will invite you to a second meeting, during which you will have the opportunity to explore your future department. Applicants for management positions will be introduced to the company's management during this visit.

5.   All new employees start work on Introduction Day. Vetter will provide
      extensive orientation and process training. Regular feedback and
      Management by Objectives form the basis for a successful
      cooperation.
