During the development phase already, Vetter applies its know-how from aseptic filling. For example, at the Vetter Development Services USA site, the company uses commercially proven technologies in clinical manufacturing. The filling lines are arranged within a restricted access barrier system (RABS) that allows great flexibility and high levels of safety. At the Innovation Symposium 2013, plant engineer Jorge Rodriguez Juarbe will be talking about installing the lines in a RABS environment. In his case study presentation, he takes a look at the challenges in clinical manufacturing and demonstrates solutions that show how RABS lines can produce successful results in the early development phases.
